How it works

Four simple steps from first call to signed-off report

01

Call or text

Call or text 714-760-5658 with the property address and your timeline. You will speak with the inspector, not a call center.

02

Schedule it

Pick a date and time that fits your inspection contingency. Ask about report turnaround so nothing holds up your contingency period.

03

Inspect on site

Roof, foundation, attic, plumbing, electrical, chimney, exterior and interior are evaluated. Walk along and ask questions the whole way.

04

Review the report

You get a clear report with photographs, plain-English notes and priorities, plus a call-back to talk through anything you want explained.

More Home Inspections is an independent, locally owned inspection company. Every inspector on our team is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), an InterNACHI member, a WDO inspector and an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot. We take one property at a time, so the inspector who documents your property is the same person who answers your questions afterwards.

  • Clear, photographed findings instead of vague checklists.
  • Plain-English explanations of what matters now and what can wait.
  • Drone roof documentation when walking the roof is not safe or smart.
  • Honest answers about repair priorities, with the reasons behind them.

Home inspection FAQ

Straight answers to what buyers, sellers and agents ask most often. Have a question that is not here? Call or text and ask directly.

714-760-5658

A full home inspection covers the visible and readily accessible systems of the home: structure and foundation, roof and attic, exterior and grading, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, insulation and ventilation, doors, windows and interior components. You receive a clear written report with photos and notes on anything that needs attention.

Most single-family homes take roughly two to three hours on site, and larger or older homes take longer. Ask about report delivery timing when booking so it lines up with your inspection contingency deadline.

Yes. You are welcome to walk along for all or part of the inspection, ask questions and see the areas of concern first hand. If you cannot attend, you can still call afterwards to go over the findings.

Yes. An FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot from our team can document the roof with aerial photos and video when it is steep, fragile, wet or otherwise unsafe to walk. The drone gives a clear view of the roof covering, flashings, valleys and chimney without risking damage to the roof or to the inspector.

WDO stands for wood destroying organisms — termites, fungi and other pests that damage wood. A WDO inspection looks for evidence of activity and damage so you know whether treatment or repair is needed.

Yes. More Home Inspections is licensed, bonded and insured, and every inspector on our team is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and member of InterNACHI, a WDO inspector and an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot.
